Getting started
Sixty seconds from "new laptop" to "looking at the homepage."
1. Open the site
Two URLs cover everything:
- Intranet: https://intra.valinorinfo.com — partnership reviews, JSX apps, dashboards
- Laurelin: https://laurelin.valinorinfo.com/apps/laurelin.html — the CRM
Both work from anywhere — laptop, phone, coffee shop. No VPN, no client to install.
2. Sign in
The first time you hit either URL, Cloudflare Access shows a login prompt. Enter your @valinordigital.com email; Cloudflare emails you a one-time code; paste it in. You stay signed in across visits.
If you see "Access denied", you're signing in with the wrong email (a personal Google account, a typo in the address). Use your work email exactly.
What you'll see
The intranet homepage is a list of cards organized into two zones:
- Tools — JSX apps for daily work. Laurelin, Recruiting, Dashboards, Team Calendar, Content Library, Intake, etc. Click any card to open the app.
- Documentation — the docs you're reading right now, plus engineering reference.
Below those, partnership reviews live at /static/*.html. The Company References app surfaces them with filter pills (Payments, Stablecoins, Security & Audit, etc.) so you don't have to remember filenames.
Day one checklist
- https://intra.valinorinfo.com loads the homepage after sign-in
- Open Laurelin and sign in with the same
@valinordigital.comemail - Find yourself on the Contacts tab in Laurelin (search your name). If you're missing, message Connor.
- Read the Laurelin overview — 5 minutes, explains how the four tabs fit together
- Connect at least one inbox via the Sync guide. Email first; Slack and Telegram can wait.
Where to ask
#laurelinSlack channel — feature questions, bug reports, "is this supposed to work like this"#valinor-intra— anything about the broader intranet (partnership reviews, deployment, JSX apps)- Connor for access issues (Cloudflare Access invites, Slack workspace invites)
When the site doesn't load
- "Access denied" screen — you're using the wrong email. Try again with your
@valinordigital.comaddress exactly. - Login email never arrives — check spam. If it's not there, ping Connor — your email might not be on the Access policy yet.
- Loads slow or won't refresh — the deploy script runs every 5 minutes; if you just pushed a change and don't see it, wait two more minutes and hard-refresh (⌘⇧R / Ctrl⇧R).
- Laurelin shows "Access denied" mid-session — Cloudflare Access lost your session. Refresh the page and re-authenticate with your work email.
